The viewing was a bit odd (she knows why!) but it was perfect! She helped me put in an offer, recommended a great lawyer, coordinated everything between the seller, the lawyer, and the bank and we closed in 2 months! Joanne was our realtor and she masterfully guided us through this home sale and purchase. She did a great job making sure our house was presented as well as possible. This was the first time we sold a house and she guided us through all of the ups and downs masterfully. Buying, she made sure we were able to see all of the houses as soon as they were listed so we never missed a potential new home. When we finally found our dream home she coordinated helping with inspections and lining up contractors for all of the little items that had to be addressed following the inspection. She kept us organized on the closing and made sure the purchase was smooth and without surprises. All throughout she kept us motivated and hopeful with her positive "can do" attitude and support.
